Production method

Selection of the best grapes grown in the various crus of the Cognac vineyard (including Bons Bois, Fins Bois, Petite Champagne and Grande Champagne), rapid pressing to preserve aromas, entrusting distillation to local distillers and subsequent ageing in French oak casks; the Maison works in collaboration with numerous growers and distillers in the region.

The Prince Hubert de Polignac brand was created in 1947, linked to Prince Hubert de Polignac and historically managed in collaboration with Maison H. Mounier/Unicoop. In 2019 the brand rights were transferred to Asia Turbo International Limited; Unicoop/H. Mounier retained roles in supply and bottling. In recent years the Maison has refreshed its image and range, adding organic references and more environmentally conscious packaging.
