The story
A family brand with production based in Sweden, Purity developed around a copper-surface distillation technique devised by Leif Nerhammar. The operation is located at the Ellinge estate (Ellinge Slott) in the Eslöv area of Skåne. The company states it refined its recipe for over a decade and has received international recognition for its vodkas.
Production philosophy
Remove what distracts: an approach focused on maximum purity and smoothness. Use of organic cereals, prolonged contact with copper during distillation and finishing with natural spring water to achieve a vodka without burn, suited to chilled consumption and high-end cocktails.
