The Rest & Be Thankful line was launched in 2012 as an independent bottling project linked to Fox Fitzgerald. Early releases were produced thanks to relationships with distilleries such as Bruichladdich; over time the range expanded to include numerous Scottish single cask whiskies and selected rums.
