Production method

The vermouth is produced starting from Marzemino red wine; it is aromatized with a blend of botanicals (spices, berries and roots) and subsequently fortified with GinAro. A maturation phase carried out using traditional methods in conditions that limit oxidation is recommended.

The project centers on Luca Scaroni, a young producer from Brescia who developed his experience also abroad (Australia and Asian countries) and experimented with infusions, macerations and blends. From his work came the spirits line known as GinAro and the 'Bottega di Aro', the production and retail space for his creations, including Vermut Di Aro.

An artisanal, experimental approach: enhancing local wine raw materials (Marzemino) and selected botanicals with a creative blend of Western and Eastern influences, aiming for distinctive, recognizable bottles.
