Production method

Does not carry out its own distillation: the activity consists of selecting single malt casks (originating from Spain/Scotland), possible re-casking/finishing and bottling in small batches. Also offers 'tailored' lines with label and style customisations.

Ageing

Maturation and ageing in casks; practice of re-casking/finishing in sherry, bourbon and occasionally in casks previously used for Marsala, rum or port for special editions.

Producer history Wilson & Morgan

The business origins are linked to the Rossi family, wine and oil merchants based in Treviso. In the 1960s the family began importing whisky; in 1992 Fabio Rossi founded the current Wilson & Morgan project dedicated to the selection and bottling of prestigious single malts. Over time the house became known for small-quantity releases and for the use of re‑casks and finishes in casks of different origin.

A 'tailored' approach to cask selection and releases: careful selection of individual casks and attention to finishing in sherry, bourbon, Marsala, rum or port casks to enhance the character of the malts. It also offers personalised bottles for high-end clients and venues.
