The story
A project of the Chioccioli Altadonna family: a two-generation winery that integrated a distillation lab to transform wine and pomace into innovative spirits and liqueurs, operating between Greve in Chianti (registered office) and Gaiole in Chianti (distillery site).
Production philosophy
Enhancing the local territory and the bond with the vine: the company promotes a 'Grape to Glass' approach that uses local wine raw materials and typical Tuscan botanicals to express the terroir through its spirits.

Production method
Production based on distillation of wine-derived alcohol and on infusions of local botanicals; some products are made by infusing pomace (Sangiovese pomace) or by infusing wine in alcohol. Small-batch artisanal processes are used at the Gaiole in Chianti facility.
Distillation
Distillation of wine-based alcohol and subsequent processing through botanical infusions; for some references the use of pomace infusion is applied instead of the classic maceration in neutral alcohol.
