This Vino Rosato IGT from Fattoria Aldobrandesca is presented in magnum format and a wooden case, intended for those looking for a bottle to share. In the glass it shows a pale pink hue, with an aromatic profile recalling white‑fleshed fruit and delicate floral notes; on the palate it is fresh, balanced and easy‑drinking, without technical claims about fermentation or ageing. The overall impression is of immediacy and gustatory clarity, suited to consumers who appreciate rosés with a measured character.
It pairs well with light dishes, salads, grilled vegetables, fish and fresh cheeses, and can accompany informal convivial moments. To emphasize its freshness, it is recommended to serve it moderately chilled; after opening we suggest consuming it within a few days to preserve its characteristics. The wooden case also makes it suitable as a gift or for occasions where a well-presented bottle on the table is desired, maintaining a sober and respectful approach to the product.
