The Aglianico del Vulture DOC of Bariliott, signed Paternoster, is a wine that embodies the volcanic essence of Basilicata, an authentic expression of the Vulture territory. The Aglianico grape, grown on fertile volcanic soils, gives this red an imposing structure and a deeply mineral character. After a long fermentation, the wine is aged in wooden barrels, which soften the tannin and confer a refined aromatic complexity. In the glass, it shows an intense ruby color, accompanied by aromas of ripe red fruits, spices, and light smoky notes.

On the palate, it reveals itself rich and full-bodied, with a pleasant persistence that enhances the decisive and territorial character of the Aglianico. Perfect to accompany red meats, roasts, and aged cheeses, this wine vigorously expresses the rough and fascinating soul of the Vulture.
