The Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG 2016 by Bertani captures the historic essence of the Veneto region, where the corvina, rondinella, and molinara grapes ripen on the hills of the Valpolicella Classica. This wine is created through a careful drying technique that concentrates sugars and aromas, giving structure and complexity to the finished product.

The 2015 vintage, particularly favorable, allowed for perfect grape ripening, resulting in a dense and enveloping Amarone, with aromas of ripe black fruits, cherry in spirit, notes of sweet spices, and significant hints of tobacco and cocoa, enhanced by aging in wooden barrels. On the palate, it reveals itself as powerful and rounded, with a refined balance between acidity and velvety tannins, promising a long aging potential.

Ideal with red meats, braised dishes, and aged cheeses, this magnum stored in a wooden case is a prized piece for connoisseurs who appreciate character and depth.
