Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG 2017 - Cassa di Legno - Tommasi from Cassa di Legno, Tommasi winery, represents an excellence of the Veneto region. Obtained from indigenous Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes, grown in the classic area of Valpolicella, this Amarone stands out for its long aging and the traditional drying method, which concentrates the sugars and aromatic substances of the grapes.

Visually, it presents a deep ruby red color, almost impenetrable. On the nose, it expresses a complex bouquet of ripe red fruits, cherries in spirit, spicy notes of black pepper, tobacco, and toasted hints. On the palate, it is full-bodied, enveloping, supported by a well-balanced tannic structure and a long, persistent finish that recalls the pleasant softness of cherries in spirit.

Ideal paired with structured red meats, game, and aged cheeses, it fully expresses the rich and authentic identity of one of Italy's great wines.
