Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG 2013 - Cà Florian - Cassa di Legno - Tommasi embodies Venetian excellence with a deep and sophisticated expression. Produced in the famous Valpolicella area, this wine is made from indigenous grape varieties Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara, subjected to a long drying process of the grape clusters, which concentrates sugars and aromas. Aging in oak barriques ensures structure and complexity, imparting a pleasant vanilla and spicy note.

On the nose, intense scents of ripe red fruits, sour cherry, accompanied by elegant hints of cocoa and tobacco unfold. On the palate, it reveals a enveloping and velvety tannic texture, with a balance between acidity and alcoholic warmth that provides longevity and pleasure. Ideal with red meats, braised dishes, or aged cheeses, it best expresses the mastery of Venetian winemaking.
