Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG 2015 - Cà Florian - Cassa di Legno - Tommasi represents the authentic essence of the Venetian territory, the result of a meticulous drying process of Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes. This precious wine is born from selected bunches which, after harvest, rest in a wooden crate for a long aging, allowing a concentration of aromas and structure. The result is a complex and enveloping Amarone, with intense aromas of ripe cherries, dried plums, sweet spices, and hints of tobacco and vanilla, expressing the perfect synergy between grape variety and terroir.

On the palate, it reveals itself powerful and velvety, with well-rounded tannins and a balance that invites a long gustatory persistence. Perfect with structured dishes such as braised meats, game, and aged cheeses, this Amarone elegantly celebrates the art of Valpolicella’s oenological tradition, captivating those who seek a unique and refined sensory experience.
