Discover the excellence and majesty of Monte Zovo's Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG, presented in an impressive Jeroboam size and housed in a refined wooden case. This wine embodies the perfect synthesis of tradition and vinicultural innovation from Valpolicella, one of the most prestigious regions in the Italian wine landscape.

The production process of Monte Zovo's Amarone follows the traditional appassimento method, which entails drying the best grapes for several months, thus enhancing the concentration of sugars and aromas. After fermentation, the wine ages in oak barrels for over two years, followed by further refinement in the bottle, which enhances its structure and complexity.

In appearance, it boasts a deep ruby-red color, almost impenetrable. The nose offers a rich and persistent bouquet with notes of ripe wild berries, dried plums, sweet spices, and a slight touch of tobacco and chocolate, thanks to the elegant aging in wood. On the palate, Monte Zovo's Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG reveals itself as powerful yet balanced, with a well-integrated tannic structure and a persistent finish that invites a second sip.

Perfect for accompanying rich and savory dishes such as braised meats, stews, game, and aged cheeses, this Amarone is also ideal as a meditation wine. A wine with great impact and length, capable of evolving magnificently for many years to come.

The exclusive presentation in Jeroboam format and wooden case makes this Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG an ideal gift for wine enthusiasts and a prestigious addition to any cellar.
