The Barbaresco DOCG Asili Riserva of Cà del Baio is born in the heart of the Langhe, a land celebrated for its soils rich in limestone and clay, which give the wines a timeless elegance. This cru of Asili, a historic area with optimal exposure, fully expresses the essence of nebbiolo, the principal grape variety of the Barbaresco denomination. The vinification follows traditional methods with a slow maceration, followed by a prolonged aging in oak barrels, which imparts structure and complexity.

In the glass, it presents an intense ruby color, with orange hues that anticipate its evolution. The aroma is rich and refined, with scents of withered rose, ripe cherry, sweet spices, and a slight hint of leather. On the palate, it is enveloping, tannic but well balanced by a fresh acidity that promises great longevity. The finish is long and persistent, a testament to a dedicated territory and a skillful hand.

Perfect with roasted red meats, braised dishes, and aged cheeses, this Barbaresco Riserva in magnum format is an investment in the pleasure and memory of the noblest Piedmontese wine. An ideal choice for special occasions or passionate connoisseurs.
