The Asti DOCG Spumante from Vignaioli di Santo Stefano, produced by the renowned Ceretto winery, stands out as a quintessential representation of Piedmontese sparkling wines. This sweet sparkling wine immediately captivates with its bright straw-yellow color and finely intertwined perlage that dances elegantly in the glass. On the nose, it reveals an aromatic bouquet rich with hints of fresh fruit, particularly apples, pears, and delicate floral notes of acacia and jasmine, enriched by a slight touch of honey. On the palate, the Asti Spumante offers balanced sweetness, accompanied by a lively acidity that imparts freshness and drinkability, creating a harmonious balance that invites another sip. Refined and festive, this wine is ideal for accompanying desserts at the end of a meal or to be enjoyed as an aperitif. Produced with Moscato grapes, typical of the region, it offers a sensory experience that reflects the expertise and passion of the Ceretto winery for quality wines.
