Barbera d'Alba DOC Superiore Biologico - Casa E. di Mirafiore is born in the dedicated lands of Piedmont, a territory renowned for its oenological excellence and particular attention to organic cultivation. This wine expresses itself through the Barbera grape variety, a true ambassador of the Langhe, which gives a rich and vibrant character. The careful aging, carried out in steel tanks and possibly in wooden barrels to enhance structure and softness, imparts a refined aromatic complexity.

On the nose, intense scents of ripe red fruits, such as cherry and plum, are perceived, accompanied by spicy notes and a delicate balsamic touch. On the palate, it is soft, fresh, and with a pleasant acidity that gives balance and longevity to the wine. Perfect paired with traditional Piedmontese dishes, red meats, and aged cheeses, it is an authentic experience that tells the love for the land and sustainability.
