The Barbera d'Asti DOCG Superiore Biologico from Cascina Valle Asinari is born in the heart of the Asti hills, a territory suitable for quality viticulture thanks to its temperate microclimate and calcareous soils. This wine is made exclusively from Barbera grapes, cultivated according to strict organic regulations that respect the natural balance of the vineyard.

The refining process includes a period in steel and a rest in wooden barrels that enhance the varietal characteristics, giving complexity and softness. In the glass, it shows an intense ruby red color; on the nose, there are aromas of ripe red fruits, cherry and plum, accompanied by light spicy and vanilla notes.

On the palate, it is enveloping, fresh, and harmonious, with delicate tannins and a persistent finish that makes this Barbera an ideal companion for meat dishes, game, and aged cheeses. An authentic choice for those looking for a characterful organic wine.
