Vibrant acidity is the most characteristic feature; it supports the sip and balances the flavor structure. Tannins are soft and well integrated, and the wine drinks smoothly and invitingly. Winery history

The winery originated from the agricultural activities initiated by Luigi Einaudi. The family progressively expanded the property and the vineyards, passing management through several generations to the current leadership of Matteo Sardagna Einaudi. The estate retains a strong historical identity tied to the promotion of the wines of the Langhe and preserves documentation that records the property's origins and subsequent developments.

Terroir and vineyards
