Barolo Cesare of the Borgogno estate is a masterpiece born from the skillful blending of four historic vintages: 1982, 1996, 1998, and 2004. Coming from the renowned Barolo area, in the heart of the Langhe in Piedmont, this wine intensely expresses the elegance and complexity typical of Nebbiolo. The blend of the different vintages balances youth and maturity, offering a deep bouquet with notes of withered rose, cherry, truffle, and sweet spices.

On the palate, it is structured, with smooth tannins and a long, enveloping persistence, capable of accompanying red meat dishes, braises, and aged cheeses. The aging, which includes traditional maturation in oak barrels, gives Barolo Cesare the ability to evolve over time, delivering unique emotions with every sip. A true jewel of the Piedmontese winemaking tradition.
