Barolo DOCG Biologico - Casa E. di Mirafiore is born in the heart of the Piedmontese Langhe, an area famous for the production of this red wine of great structure and elegance. Made exclusively with Nebbiolo grapes cultivated according to strict organic farming regulations, this Barolo authentically expresses the territory. Its aging takes place in oak barrels that enhance its aromatic complexity, enriching it with scents of withered rose, cherry, licorice, and sweet spices.

On the palate, it is distinguished by its intense structure and well-smoothed tannins, with a long and persistent finish that recalls the land of Langa. Its freshness and depth make it ideal to accompany succulent dishes such as braised meats, red meats, and aged cheeses, bringing out the best in every ingredient. A wine that passionately tells the tradition and sustainability of one of Italy’s most renowned wine-growing areas.
