The Barolo Fossati Case Nere by Roberto Voerzio represents a perfect balance between tradition and character, coming from one of the most prestigious areas of Piedmont. Obtained from carefully selected Nebbiolo grapes, this Barolo stands out for its elegance and complexity, an authentic expression of the Langhe territory.
The aging takes place in barriques and oak barrels that give the wine a harmonious and rich structure, with silky and well-integrated tannins. On the nose, intense aromas of ripe red fruit, violet, sweet spices, and earthy hints evoke the limestone rock of the Fossati vineyards.
On the palate, it is enveloping, persistent, and balanced, able to expertly accompany red meat dishes, braised meats, and aged cheeses. A refined expression of Nebbiolo, capable of moving lovers of great Piedmontese wine.
