The Barolo Vigna La Rosa Biologico from Fontanafredda is born in the heart of the Langhe, a land renowned for the production of great red wines, where Nebbiolo is the main grape variety. This Barolo elegantly and intensely expresses the character of the territory, cultivated according to the principles of organic farming, which enhances the authenticity of the fruit and environmental sustainability.

The long aging in oak barrels allows the wine to develop a complex and harmonious structure, with well-defined tannins and a refined balance. In the glass, it presents an intense ruby color, accompanied by intoxicating aromas of roses, ripe red fruits, sweet spices, and hints of balsamic touches.

On the palate, it is enveloping, with a long and vibrant persistence, ideal to accompany robust dishes such as braised meats, roasted meats, and aged cheeses, enhancing the Piedmontese food and wine tradition in all its richness.
