Pairing Appetizers, fish, light dishes
Bianco Caldaria from Agriverde is a white wine of immediate, composed character that favors freshness and clarity over aromatic breadth. In the glass it appears bright; on the nose it offers notes of white-fleshed fruit, lemon zest and small white flowers, with a herbaceous hint that adds character and a light mineral note that gives it credibility and focus. The texture is lean, the acidity lively and well integrated into the structure, while the softness remains restrained to keep the palate agile and harmonious.

On the palate it confirms a smooth-drinking wine, with a fresh rhythm and moderate persistence that invites a second sip. It pairs well with light fish dishes, seafood appetizers, grilled vegetables and fresh cheeses; it should be served chilled but not ice-cold, around 8–10 °C, to appreciate its tension and salinity. Ideal for those looking for an everyday yet carefully made white.
