The Bianco Dolomiti IGT Al Passo del Leone by Alois Lageder is born in the picturesque vineyards of Alto Adige, a borderland between Alpine and Mediterranean culture. Here, the mineral-rich soil and high altitude give the grape varieties a unique character and vibrant freshness.

This white stands out for a harmonious blend that combines native and international varieties, carefully and environmentally respectfully crafted. The aging takes place in steel, preserving the purity and aromatic transparency of the wine, which opens on the nose with scents of white fruit and wildflowers, accompanied by a delicate mineral note.

On the palate, Al Passo del Leone reveals itself fresh and savory, with a pleasant persistence that recalls the lively character of the Dolomite territory. Ideal paired with delicate fish dishes or fresh cheeses, it is a white that tells the beauty and authenticity of the Dolomites.
