The story
Cuvage was established as a producer of quality sparkling wines based in Acqui Terme; the brand is reported in sources as founded in 2011. Production philosophy
The winery emphasizes the expression of the terroir and meticulous attention to detail: from vineyard work to secondary fermentation in the bottle, the aim is to achieve a balance between the cuvée and the perlage, with a focus on sustainability and social responsibility.
