The Croatina and Uva Rara vineyards are grown in the municipality of Santa Giulietta, in Lombardy in the heart of Oltrepò Pavese, at 250 meters above sea level. with south-south-west exposure. For the cultivation of the vineyards the canons of Organic Agriculture are respected, with the thinning of the grapes in order to obtain an excellent quality.

The vinification begins with the crushing and destemming, the must obtained ferments in stainless steel or vitrified concrete tanks at a controlled temperature. Fermentation lasts 10/12 days, then the wine is separated from the skins and decanted into tanks for refinement.

It shows itself in an intense ruby red color, a truly persistent lively and sparkling label, with fruity aromas of raspberry and morello cherry. The taste is warm and dry with velvety and soft tannins.

We recommend the combination with cold cuts and cheeses, perfect with roasts and game.
