The Brunello di Montalcino DOCG Ripe al Convento Castelgiocondo, signed Frescobaldi, is presented in a prestigious Jeroboam bottle housed in a refined wooden case. Produced in the heart of Montalcino, this reserve is made exclusively from Sangiovese grosso, an indigenous variety and symbol of the Tuscan territory. The aging, long and traditional, takes place in Slavonian oak barrels, which give the wine an elegant and complex structure.
The intense ruby color anticipates a deep bouquet, where notes of ripe cherry, plum, spicy hints of tobacco, and a light balsamic note intertwine. On the palate it reveals silky tannins and a harmonious balance, supported by a vibrant freshness typical of the vintage and the microclimate of Montalcino. Ideal paired with red meats and game dishes, Ripe al Convento offers a rich and lasting sensory experience, an authentic expression of Tuscan enological excellence.
