Cabernet Franc - Perusini is born in the elegant setting of the hills of Friuli Venezia Giulia, a land renowned for grape varieties of great character and finesse. This wine stands out for its refined interpretation of the famous Bordeaux grape, enhanced by the unique pedoclimatic conditions that give freshness and balanced structure. In the glass, it shows a bright ruby red color, while on the nose it releases intense scents of berries, herbaceous notes, and light spicy nuances.

On the palate, it reveals a soft and seductive tannic texture, accompanied by a pleasant acidity that provides vitality and harmony. The long aging, which mainly takes place in steel vats to preserve aromatic integrity, enhances the purity of the fruit without losing elegance and complexity. An excellent companion to red meats and aged cheeses, this Cabernet Franc embodies Friulian winemaking tradition with a modern and refined touch.
