Cabernet Sauvignon - Bar'On Vineyard - Boxed - Yarden 2019

Cabernet Sauvignon Bar’on Vineyard it is a wine made exclusively with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes harvested from the Bar'on vineyard, located in the Golan Heights. This wine ages 18 months in French oak barrels before being bottled.

On the nose it expresses intense fruity hints of ripe cherries and blackberries, to which are added fragrant notes of earth, pipe tobacco and cedar, with a light background of juniper nuances. In the glass it presents an intense ruby ​​red color with slight purple reflections.

A wine of character, rich and mature, which from the first sip demonstrates a well-defined concentrated flavour, which closes with a persistent and very tasty finish on the palate. 

The result of a skilful recipe developed by Israeli winemaking masters who have been able to give rise to a refined drink with a unique taste, this cabernet sauvignon is a red capable of satisfying enthusiasts and connoisseurs; pleasant to drink young, but even more so after years given the great aging potential. 

Certainly an apt choice to satisfy the guests on the occasion of important meals, but also an excellent option to choose to share a good glass with friends or relatives or to pay homage to the hosts. This wine pairs wonderfully with grilled steaks, roasted lamb or game.
