More questions
The Cabernet Sauvignon Magnificat from Drei Donà is a red wine that expresses the typical characteristics of the variety. Deep ruby in color, it opens on the nose with dark fruit notes — blackcurrant, plum — accompanied by herbal hints and spicy touches, including black pepper; mineral hints and dark floral nuances are also present. The olfactory approach is straightforward without being intrusive, inviting a taste.
On the palate it shows structure and good body, with present but well-integrated tannins and a freshness that supports the sip. The flavor profile balances the fruity component with slight saline tensions and a pleasant lingering finish. Suitable with red meats, grilled dishes and aged cheeses; it may benefit from a few minutes of decanting before serving. A label for those looking for a recognizable Cabernet without artifice.

The story
Terroir and vineyards
Awards and recognition
