The Camartina Toscana Rosso IGT in Magnum format, presented in a wooden case by Querciabella, is a wine that embodies the essence of Tuscan wine excellence. This distinctive expression of Querciabella, a winery renowned for its commitment to sustainability and organic and biodynamic agriculture, reflects a philosophy that places respect for the land and the pursuit of uncompromising quality at its centre.

Camartina is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese, two vines which, in the context of the unique terroir of Tuscany, offer a surprising synergy. Cabernet Sauvignon gives structure and depth to the wine, while Sangiovese adds elegance, acidity and fruity notes. The choice to present it in Magnum format and in a wooden case underlines the importance of this wine in the production of Querciabella and makes it a collector's item or a prestigious gift.

The vinification of Camartina follows meticulous practices, with delicate fermentation and aging in French oak barriques which respects and enhances the complexity of the fruits. This process, combined with the attention that Querciabella dedicates to every detail, from the vineyard to the cellar, guarantees that Camartina best expresses the potential of its vines and terroir.

Visually, Camartina presents itself with an intense ruby red color, a sign of its richness and intensity. On the nose, the wine unfolds a wide range of aromas, with notes of ripe red fruits, spices, vanilla and chocolate, the result of careful winemaking and aging in wood. These olfactory characteristics anticipate a complex and layered palate, where the power of Cabernet Sauvignon and the elegance of Sangiovese find a perfect balance.

In the mouth, Camartina reveals a solid but harmonious structure, with silky tannins and balanced acidity that contribute to a pleasant and long drink. The finish is persistent, with a return of spicy and fruity notes that invite another sip.

Ideal in combination with rich and structured dishes, such as red meats, game and mature cheeses, the Camartina Toscana Rosso IGT in Magnum format is also a wine that can benefit from further aging, promising to evolve beautifully over time.

In summary, Camartina di Querciabella is not only a wine of high expression of Tuscan viticulture, but also an example of the company's commitment to sustainable and environmentally friendly practices, offering wine lovers an experience that is timeless same luxurious, ethical and deeply linked to the territory.
