Cèpage Pas Dosé di Conte Vistarino è un vino spumante metodo classico apprezzato per la sua eleganza e raffinatezza. Ottenuto da una selezione delle migliori uve, prevalentemente Chardonnay e Pinot Nero, questo spumante si distingue per la sua purezza e precisione. Alla vista, si presenta con un colore giallo paglierino brillante, arricchito da un perlage fine e persistente, segno di una lunga rifermentazione in bottiglia.

Al naso, offre un bouquet complesso e accattivante dove dominano note di fiori bianchi, agrumi e leggere sfumature di crosta di pane, dovute al prolungato affinamento sui lieviti. In bocca, il Cèpage Pas Dosé colpisce per la sua struttura e la precisione del sapore. L'assenza di dosaggio zuccherino (Pas Dosé) rende questo spumante particolarmente secco, permettendo di apprezzare appieno la freschezza e la mineralità del territorio di provenienza.

Winery history
The Giorgi di Vistarino family estate has roots in the Oltrepò Pavese dating back to the mid-19th century, when the Counts Vistarino introduced Pinot Noir to the Rocca de’ Giorgi property and were early experimenters with vinification using the traditional method. In recent decades the estate has been relaunched and modernized while preserving its historical identity and its commitment to hill-grown grape varieties.
Production philosophy
Production focused on enhancing the hilly territory of the Oltrepò Pavese: clonal selection, hand harvesting for the top labels, differentiated vinification and attention to environmental sustainability. The approach combines tradition and modern technologies to express elegance and terroir.
