The Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo DOC of the Linea Vigna Corvino from the Az. Agricola Contesa represents an elegant expression of the Montepulciano grape variety, cultivated in the evocative hills of Abruzzo. This wine stands out for its characteristic intense cherry pink color, from which the name “Cerasuolo” is inspired.
Vinification takes place through a brief maceration of the skins, which allows the extraction of aromaticity and structure without weighing down the sip. Aging in steel preserves freshness and fruity integrity, enhancing aromas of fresh strawberry, cherry, and delicate floral notes, with a harmonious and slightly savory finish.
On the palate it is lively and balanced, ideal to pair with typical dishes of Abruzzo cuisine, such as pasta with meat sauce or fish-based dishes that are not too structured. A refined rosé that celebrates the territory and its winemaking traditions with authenticity and freshness.
