The Chablis Vieilles Vignes - Magnum - Domaine Gilbert Picq is born in the heart of Burgundy, precisely in the famous Chablis appellation, known for its limestone soil ideal for the Chardonnay grape variety. The historic vines, decades old, give this wine a unique complexity and aromatic intensity, enhancing the typicality of the terroir. The aging is done carefully, often in stainless steel or neutral wooden barrels, to preserve the freshness and mineral purity that characterize this Chablis.

In the glass, it presents a bright straw color, while on the nose it offers aromas of fresh fruit, such as green apple and citrus, accompanied by mineral notes and a light floral touch. On the palate, there is a perfect balance between vibrant acidity and structure, with a long persistence and a clean aftertaste. This Chablis is ideal paired with fish dishes, shellfish, or fresh cheeses, enhancing every bite with its refined elegance.

The Magnum version, with its larger quantity, allows for a slower and more harmonious aging, making every sip a small journey into the terroir of Chablis.
