Pairing Seafood, fish, delicate appetizers
The Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque Blanc de Blancs in magnum is a Champagne that immediately shows a slender, luminous profile. The perlage is fine and continuous, accompanying a bouquet evoking white flowers, lemon zest and a light mineral note; the character leans more toward elegance than power, with a vibrant freshness that keeps the sip crisp without being austere. Acidic tension supports the fruit and fades into a medium-length finish, leaving a clean, harmonious sensation on the palate.

On the palate it confirms the olfactory promise: a lively attack, a savory mid-palate and a linear progression that retains a pleasant creaminess. It pairs well with seafood courses, shellfish and simply prepared fish dishes, but also stands up to refined starters and fresh cheeses; serve around 8–10 °C to appreciate its structure. The magnum format, presented in the wooden case, makes it ideal for special occasions and gifts: it aids preservation and provides an elegant stage presence on the table.

Winery history
