The Champagne Blanc de Blancs 50 Ans Velier by Billecart-Salmon is born in the prestigious Champagne region, the beating heart of excellent sparkling wine production. This wine is made exclusively with Chardonnay grapes, a variety that imparts elegance and freshness, and comes from a careful selection of the finest crus, capable of expressing the purity of the chalky terroir of the Côte des Blancs.

The long aging on the lees, approaching fifty years, gives an extraordinary complexity, enriched with ripe notes of hazelnut, honey, and sweet spices, balanced by a vibrant mineral freshness. The fine and persistent bubbles gently envelop the palate, enhancing notes of candied citrus, white fruit, and a subtle saline hint. On the nose, the aromatic complexity reveals a creamy nuance and light toasting, the result of controlled oxidation during aging.

Perfect as a meditation wine or to accompany refined dishes based on crustaceans and raw fish, the Champagne Blanc de Blancs 50 Ans Velier is a monumental tribute to the tradition and art of the maison Billecart-Salmon, capable of surprising even the most demanding palates with balance and refinement.
