Champagne Brut Grand Cru - Maison Tornay is born in one of the most prestigious terroirs of Champagne, from vines enjoying optimal exposures and a unique chalky terroir. This sparkling wine is mainly made from grapes coming from Grand Cru vineyards, where the classic grape varieties of the region — Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Meunier — blend harmoniously, expressing the best characteristics of the territory.
The production method follows the classic Champagne tradition, with a second fermentation in the bottle that provides a fine and persistent perlage, expressing great elegance and refinement. On the nose, delicate notes of white fruits, white flowers, and yeasts open up, accompanied by a pleasant mineral note. The palate is fresh, savory, and vibrant, with a harmonious and balanced finish, ideal to accompany aperitifs or dishes based on fish and shellfish. A label that encapsulates all the authenticity and charm of the Champagne denomination.
