The Champagne Brut Mosaïque by Jacquart represents an elegant interpretation of the Champagne tradition, produced in the heart of the Champagne region in France. Made mainly from a blend of classic grape varieties such as Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier, this Brut is characterized by the harmonious expression of the terroir, combining freshness and complexity.

The extended aging on the lees gives this wine fine and persistent bubbles, accompanied by an elegant and refined perlage. On the nose, aromas of ripe white fruits, citrus, and light notes of bread crust emerge, the result of traditional bottle fermentation. On the palate, it offers a balanced structure, with pleasant sapidity and a fresh, persistent finish.

Ideal for celebratory occasions, it pairs perfectly with fish dishes, shellfish, or even soft cheeses, enhancing the nuances of each course thanks to its versatility and finesse. The packaging in Balthazar wooden box adds a touch of prestige, making it a refined gift.
