The Champagne Brut Premier Cru of Maison Labbé is born in the renowned vineyards of the Champagne region, where the cool climate and limestone soil give the grape varieties a unique character. This refined blend, typical of the Champagne denomination, expresses a perfect balance between elegance and freshness, the result of the skillful union of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, the traditional base of this cuvée.
The aging takes place through the classic méthode champenoise, with a bottle refermentation that gives liveliness to the bubbles and complexity to the aromas. On the nose, it opens with delicate notes of white flowers, white-fleshed fruit, and a light nuance of bread crust, attesting to the expert lees aging. On the palate, the fine and persistent bubbles envelop with a fresh and harmonious texture, ideal for accompanying seafood appetizers, shellfish, or moments of refined conviviality. A toast that celebrates the quality of the terroir and the art of Maison Labbé.
