The Champagne Brut Premier Cru - Réserve of Maison Labbé is born in the heart of the Champagne region, in soils that highlight the balance between complexity and freshness. Mainly composed of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, this vintage expresses the typical refinement of grapes from selected crus. The classic method of bottle fermentation and careful aging on the lees provide a fine and persistent perlage, accompanied by a rich and harmonious bouquet.
Citrus and green apple notes are complemented by delicate hints of brioche, hazelnut, and yeast, enriching every sip with elegance and structure. The finish is fresh and savory, with a slight minerality that reflects the unique terroir of the area. Ideal as a sophisticated aperitif, it pairs magnificently with seafood appetizers, shellfish, and dishes based on delicate fish, enhancing every course with its vibrant freshness.
