This champagne is born from a careful selection of grapes grown in limestone-rich terroirs, which impart freshness and minerality to the final product.

The winemaking method follows the classic Champagne tradition, with a second fermentation in the bottle that gives this cuvée fine perlage and aromatic complexity.
