Originating from the renowned Champagne region, the Cuvée Victorien Millésimé of Daubanton stands out for its elegance and complexity. This vintage champagne is born from a careful selection of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, grown in vineyards benefiting from a chalky-clay terroir, ideal for imparting structure and finesse to the product. The aging takes place with a long period on the lees, which gives the wine an aromatic profile rich in hints of yeast, bread crust, and delicate floral notes.
In the glass, it presents a very fine and persistent perlage, while on the nose it reveals a harmonious bouquet of ripe fruit and candied citrus. On the palate, it is balanced, fresh, with a pleasant depth and a mineral finish that emphasizes its elegance. Particularly suitable with dishes based on fish, shellfish or white meats, it is ideal for celebrating special moments.
