The Champagne Gaïa of Domaine Augustin is born in the heart of Champagne, a region renowned for its winemaking tradition and the special combination of limestone soils that give the wines unique freshness and minerality. Produced with selected grapes according to the strict rules of the appellation, this champagne stands out for its balance between structure and finesse.

The classic vinification method, with a long maturation on the lees, gives this wine elegant and delicate bubbles, developing into a broad and refined bouquet, highlighting aromas of ripe white fruit and a pleasant toasted note. On the palate, the vibrant acidity and creaminess balance perfectly, offering an enveloping and persistent tasting experience.

Ideal as an aperitif, Champagne Gaïa also pairs excellently with dishes based on fish, shellfish, and white meats, enhancing their delicacy without overpowering their flavors. A wine that knows how to tell the terroir of Champagne with elegance and character, capable of accompanying moments of celebration and conviviality with refined lightness.
