The Champagne Le Rosé by Billecart-Salmon is an emblematic rosé produced in the prestigious Champagne region, precisely in Mareuil-sur-Ay, the heart of the AOC Champagne denomination.

Assembled mainly from Pinot Noir, with a share of Chardonnay, this wine stands out for its extraordinarily elegant freshness and finesse, the result of meticulous fermentation and aging. The long sur lies maturation period makes its structure vibrant yet harmonious, with a fine and persistent perlage that envelops the glass.

On the nose, delicate notes of fresh red fruits such as strawberries and raspberries emerge, accompanied by light floral hints and a subtle mineral complexity that reflects the unique terroir. The sip is balanced, with pleasant lively acidity and refined aromatic intensity, which lingers in a fresh and mineral finish.

Perfect as an aperitif, the Champagne Le Rosé finds excellent pairings with lightly spiced fish dishes, shellfish, or preparations based on delicate white meats, enhancing the conviviality and elegance of every special occasion.
