Champagne Les Rendez-vous n°4 Extra Brut by Billecart-Salmon comes from the historic Maison located in the prestigious Champagne region, the beating heart of the French sparkling tradition.

This Champagne is the result of a skillful blend that prioritizes purity and elegance, with an Extra Brut dosage that enhances its freshness and liveliness. The main grape varieties – predominantly Pinot Noir and Chardonnay – express a delicate and complex balance in the glass, reflecting the unique terroir of Mareuil-sur-Aÿ and its surroundings. The maturation takes place through a long period on the lees, which gives the wine a fine structure, with fine and persistent bubbles.

On the nose, aromas of ripe white fruits, fresh citrus, and a mineral touch that recalls the chalk of the subsoil emerge. On the palate, vibrant acidity characterizes a crystalline and dynamic champagne, with a delicate toasted note that makes it perfect for accompanying delicate seafood dishes or refined finger food, highlighting its versatility and class.
