Champagne Louis Salmon Magnum of Billecart-Salmon represents an exceptional expression of the winemaking tradition of the Champagne region. Obtained mainly from Pinot Noir grapes, cultivated in the prestigious vineyards of Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, this champagne stands out for its timeless elegance and finesse.

The Magnum format, wrapped in a wooden case, enhances the slowness and quality of maturation, giving the wine a structural balance and an aromatic complexity of great charm. The extended and meticulous aging on the lees develops a rich and sophisticated bouquet where notes of bread crust, ripe white fruits, and delicate floral hints merge.

On the palate, creaminess combines with lively freshness, while the fine and persistent bubbles gracefully envelop the palate. A great champagne perfect both as a refined aperitif and paired with noble fish dishes or delicate white meats, capable of fully expressing the territoriality and oenological mastery of Billecart-Salmon.
