Let’s talk about Champagne Mosaïque Demi Sec - Jacquart

More questions

Champagne Mosaïque Demi Sec - Jacquart is born in the heart of the renowned Champagne region in France, and it is a perfect balance between sweetness and freshness. It is a skillfully crafted blend, mainly based on Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay, which give the wine structure, elegance, and aromatic finesse. The classic fermentation method and extended aging on the lees give this demi sec a vibrant complexity and a creamy, persistent sparkle.

On the nose, delicate aromas of ripe fruit such as peach and apricot open up, enriched by notes of honey and brioche that make the drinking enveloping but never cloying. The palate, soft and silky, is balanced by a pleasant acidity that invites the next sip. Perfect with desserts that are not too sweet, soft cheeses, and foie gras, it is also ideal as an aperitif for those who love a touch of refined sweetness.

Jacquart presents a Champagne Mosaïque Demi Sec that best represents the art of this territory, offering a sparkling and harmonious experience.

The story
Jacquart began as a collective project of winegrowers and is today a Champagne house based at the Hôtel de Brimont in Reims. Over its history the brand has grown by sourcing from numerous Champagne crus and, more recently, has opened the historic Hôtel de Brimont to public visits and pop‑ups.
Production philosophy
The house pursues a modern, approachable style that highlights the freshness and finesse of Chardonnay, combined with Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier from various terroirs. In recent years the company and its sales network have also focused on sustainable practices and corporate responsibility.
Terroir and vineyards
Jacquart's cuvées are produced from a "mosaic" of vineyards spread across the Champagne region, with sourcing that covers areas such as the Montagne de Reims, the Vallée de la Marne, the Côte des Blancs and the Côte des Bar.
Awards and recognition
The main cuvées have received international recognition, including gold medals and awards in competitions such as Sakura, the Decanter World Wine Awards, Mundus Vini and the International Wine & Spirit Competition in recent years.
