The Chardonnay 770 from the Rosset winery is born in the enchanting territory of Valle d’Aosta, a mountainous area that gives this international grape variety a unique and refined expression. This DOP denomination enhances a high-altitude terroir, where the temperature variation accentuates the freshness and minerality of the wine. Carefully vinified and aged in steel, it preserves its aromatic purity and the brilliance of the intense straw yellow color.

On the nose, there are prominent aromas of ripe yellow fruit, such as peach and golden apple, accompanied by delicate floral notes and a slight buttery vein typical of Chardonnay. The sip is enveloping and fresh, with a good harmony between vibrant acidity and soft body, ideal to accompany baked fish dishes, white meats, and fresh mountain cheeses.

A white wine with character that elegantly expresses the Valle d’Aosta mountains and the excellence of the Chardonnay grape in this unconventional land.
