More questions
This Chardonnay from Bodega Oloron shows a bright straw hue and invites exploration of its aromas and flavor without excess. On the nose there are notes of white-fleshed fruit and citrus, with a slight hint of white flowers; the overall aromatic profile remains balanced and clean. On the palate it has medium body, a present freshness and barely perceptible tannins that support a linear, pleasant structure. The flavor progression is direct, with fruity echoes and moderate persistence that encourage easy drinking.
It pairs naturally with light fish dishes, shellfish, white meats and fresh cheeses, and also suits vegetable dishes and delicate soups. Serving it cool but not overly cold is recommended to enhance the aromas; serve in medium-sized glasses. Ideal for informal, convivial occasions or as an aperitif wine for those seeking a balanced white with immediate drinkability. Store in a cool, dark place.

The project involves professionals such as architect Rafael Vidal and oenologist Riccardo Cotarella.
