The Chardonnay Dundee Hills AVA Iron Filbert by Domaine Roy & Fils is born in the heart of Oregon's wine region, a territory known for its temperate climate and rich volcanic soils, ideal for the high expression of this classic grape variety. Produced exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, this wine reflects a harmonious combination of freshness and complexity.

The long aging, partly in steel to preserve aromatic purity and partly in wood to add structure and depth, gives the wine delicate scents of Golden apple, ripe pear, and light buttery notes enriched by a pleasant minerality. On the palate, it stands out for its elegance, soft body, and a vibrant acidity that provides a clean and persistent finish.

Perfect paired with baked fish dishes, shellfish, and fresh cheeses, it represents an excellent example of the refinement of American Chardonnay in a distinctive version.
